What’s A breathwork journey like?
During a breathwork session, you’ll be guided to breathe in a specific pattern while lying down on a yoga mat etc. for about 30-45 minutes, allowing you to possibly access altered states of awareness. This rhythmic, deep, conscious breathing helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.
